TARGETING HYDRATION – Fill your M:X bottle or Soft Flask to the 60ml line, top off with water and you are ready to go.
TARGETING ENERGY REPLENISHMENT/RECOVERY – Use 1 full pouch per 500ml = 72g of carbs (equivalent to 3 standard energy gels)
OR
Fill your M:X cartridge to the line, insert into your Dual Hydration System and you are ready to go.
